As a project architect I sometimes don't have access to a laptop for half a day. Having an updated set of 2d drawings and 3d model at my fingertips at all times has become a lifesaver in client and contractor meetings. Issue Tracker also allows the Project Manager or Job Captain to track team member tasks, the team members mark the task as complete and the Project Manager can check the task completion, just like using the yellow highlighter with drawing markups, but all tasks can be tracked digitally. This style of open communication is the future. This workflow allows all users to openly see all conversations, so if I've missed someone on a communication string, they can still contribute. Graham: “It’s all about how you set up your project and taking the time to understand what your project needs.Ĭoordination was always going to be a big thing for us – we knew stamps were always something we’d want to focus on, and from what we had at the start compared to what we have now, it has developed slightly with new team members, and more packages have started. You’re looking at many weeks saved by just being able to raise issues, assign them, and the team can pick them up and close them out.” What advice do you have for someone new to Revizto to ensure they get it right from the start? “In terms of time saved, you’re looking at days, weeks, maybe months. It’s a massive issue of safety which everyone is coming to the table with. And that’s all related to fire performance and fire stopping, which is a priority. The most complicated thing we have on this project is builders’ work and coordinated builders’ work openings. What value has Revizto brought to you on this project? “ Rhys: “It’s a different dynamic here this time than last year.
